After emailing the guys at the UTC with what in my eyes was the final logo, I awaited there response with bated breath as they usually have some imput. They came back to me very happy with what they saw and but wanted to focus more on colour and how the colour could be applied. I explained to them that the idea is that the logo is intensionally divoide of colour to make it more versitile and can therefor used on many mediums and media. This was not understood and I was asked if I could use the coulour red!
